Saturday Morning Art Class at the MBACD!
Open to artists and aspiring artists of all abilities! The class will start with a series of exercises that help overcome some of the barriers to good drawing and art making with each class building on the precediing class. We will start in the studio, and, weather permitting, move outside. Each student will receive a sketchpad and drawing pencils. The class is open to all artists 12 and up - children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Chris Toepfer is an artist and Miller resident who runs a not for profit dedicated to neighborhood revitalization and community art (www.tnfamerica.com). He received his MFA in painting and drawing from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2012.
