How we breathe can affect our mood. In this workshop, we will discuss yoga pranayama, or yoga
and breath control, and will experiment with breathing exercises from relaxing to mildly
energetic.
The workshop, taught by Mary Shons, includes a lecture followed by a breath-themed yoga practice.
